53rd Annual Burlington Santa Claus Parade
Sunday, December 2, 2018 | 2:00 pm
Burlington’s annual Santa Claus Parade will feature 86 entries that include floats, mascots and a variety of different bands.
“The Santa Claus Parade is a great way to kick-off the festive season and have fun with your family and neighbours,” said Chris Glenn, director of parks and recreation at the city.
Traditional favourites will return, such as the Burlington Teen Tour Band, the Junior Redcoats, Top Hat Marching Orchestra and the Halton Regional Police Service Pipes and Drums.
Children are encouraged to bring their letters for Santa, which will be collected by letter carriers from Canada Post along the parade route.
Those who attend can also bring their non-perishable food donations to be collected by the Burlington Teen Tour Band boosters and volunteers with the Gift of Giving Back.
