Day 15 of 365 Things to do in Burlington – Skating at Rotary Centennial Pond

Tis the season for skating in the park. I know the weather hasn’t really cooperated yet, but coming down to the park with the family for a fun skate by the lake is a great way to spend the day in Burlington. Discovery Landing overlooks the Rotary Centennial Pond, a 10,000 square-foot year-round water feature. In the spring, summer and fall it is a reflective pool ideal for model sail boating and in winter it offers free recreational ice-skating on an artificial ice surface.

Rotary Centennial Pond is OPEN for the 2011-12 season.
